Rain Rain Rain
The rain has not stopped; for three day straight, the rain still have not stopped… I was literally trapped in one of the construction sites that i went to inspect because the rain was so heavy that within 4 hours, the site has become an island. I had to take a truck (due to its height) to get across the flooding to get to my next destination.
Guess this is truly a bad year for China; there’s the snowstorm in February, then the Tibet thing, then the train wreck, then the earthquake; and now this…
Looking from a bright side, rainy days are at least good for sleep and a perfect good reason not to party outside. =)

so what exactly do you do? a developer? a contractor? or are we colleagues…architects?
i love it when it rains, especially, drinking my fave hot chocolate and reading a good book, and then having a very good sleep.
do you have a say on who your team can/should hire to design? we did multi-family housing…my office’s website sucks, but our work is a lot better than our stupid/cheap website http://www.swattarchitects.com/swatt-green-city.html
keep us in mind, we had been contacted by clients and developers from oversea, but have not built anything oversea.
at least you see positives in every situation..
